The pouch has a base panel (2) on its internal surface (3) to which two locking flaps (4, 5) are fixed. The flaps comprise an internal edge (7) having a section (8) forming a part of the circumference of a reception housing (L) whose size corresponds to a peripheral edge of an optical disk e.g. CD. One of the flaps is prolonged, from a section (9) of the internal edge (7), by a panel (6), where the panels are connected to a folding line (11) forming a hinge (12). The panel (6) is articulated for covering the disk supported within the housing. An independent claim is also included for a cardboard blank for being cut and scored for obtaining a pouch for a disk such as CD disk and DVD disk.
