Process of preparing a serocolostrum protein fraction from colostrum, particularly hypoallergenic enriched in transforming growth factor-beta 2 (TGF-beta 2) mainly latent. The process comprises skimming off the whole colostrum to obtain delipidized colostrum, decaseinating the delipidized colostrum to obtain a delipidized serocolostrum and subjecting the delipidized serocolostrum to a stage of pseudo-affinity chromatography using immobilized dye. An independent claim is included for a TGF-beta 2 enriched protein fraction of serocolostrum obtained by the process comprising the latent TGF-beta 2 at 75%.
