The device has a barter base permitting to store barter data. The base stores data related to stocks, offers and needs in the offers and exchange projects. A processing unit executes processing requests, transmitted by a front office, in the base. The unit creates new exchange projects, when the request is made by a participant, and relates the offers. The device extracts an offer`s graph closer to the request from the base and performs a loop search maximizing gain and flux calculation. The unit searches loops that constitute one of the exchange projects.
