The device has a pressure sensor (3) fixed on a base (4) for permitting to read thrust developed by a subject in real time. An upholstered air cushion belt (1) permits to avoid shearing or friction effects on skin during stress. A cord (2) presenting an elasticity and adjustable length connects the belt to the sensor, and a support (5) with variable height permits initial positioning of the subject.
