Cosmetic, dermatological and/or pharmaceutical composition, with immunostimulant activity on the skin, comprises hydrolyzate of plant protein belongs to Poaceae family in a medium. Independent claims are included: (1) for the preparation of the hydrolyzate comprising preparing a delipidized grain flour, extracting soluble fractions of protein, carbohydrate and fat precipitating the proteins, enzymatic and chemical hydrolysis of protein fraction and purification by dialysis to eliminate protein compounds of high molecular weight; and (2) a cosmetic treatment of skin to fight in a preventive and/or curative manner against manifestations of cutaneous aging, particularly photo-induced aging, comprising application of the composition on skin, body hair or hair.
