The device has a case (10) with a turbine (11) actuated by pressure of a network supplying an equipment. The turbine drives a centrifugal pump (12) sucking water in bottom of a tub (2) to send to a shower head (1) and a pulverizing nozzle by a rise duct. A multi-channel valve (5) is mounted by bypass on a pipe (6) supplying the head and permits either to supply the water to the head from the network or to send the water from the network towards the turbine, where the valve is manipulated by a user.
