The device has a plate (1) pierced with a squared hole (2) of large size for carrying out ephemeral designs with a stencil. Perpendicular wire grid (4) supports the stencil. Four patterns permit to give desired concave shape to the device based on a zone e.g. nape or side of a head, to be painted by the stencil.
