C-Glycoside compounds (I) and their derivatives of base, additive salts of mineral/organic acids, hydrates or solvates, are new. C-Glycoside compounds of formula (I) and their derivatives of base, additive salts of mineral/organic acids, hydrates or solvates, are new. Y 1H (preferred) or halo; X : H or alkyl (which is having amine, amide, acid, ester, carbonyl, alcohol or aryl group), carbonyl, ester, amide, amine or alcohol; R : OH or OR1a; R1a : alkyl, benzyl, benzoyl, acetyl, pivaloyl, trialkylsilyl, tert-butyldiphenylsilyl or sugar e.g. furanose or pyranose; R 1OR1a, NR1bR1c, N 3 or phthlimide; R1b, R1c : H, alkyl, aryl, benzyl, benzoyl, acetyl, alkyloxycarbonyl, allyloxycarbonyl or benzyloxycarbonyl; R 2H, halo, OH, OR1a, NR1bR1c or N 3, preferably H, OH, Br or Cl; and n : 1-2, preferably all alkyls are 1-15C alkyl.
