PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct intuitive contents system to which consciousness of a user is reflected, maintaining the contents system using comprehensive and professional knowledge.;SOLUTION: A preference analysis engine 5 constructs interest ontology of users 14 by using service ontology 12a as model ontology, generates a user network based on approximation level among the interest ontology of the users 14, constructs a consciousness system 13 of the users 14 by hierarchizing the consciousnesses of the users 14 dividing the user network, and as the result obtains mapping between the consciousnesses 13a to 13c of the users 14 and classes 12a to 12c constituting service ontology.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
