PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive home-visit care support system and its terminal equipment for acquiring necessary data at the home-visit destination of a care worker or the like when necessary, and for protecting the personal data of a care target person even when the data are stolen. PSOLUTION: This home-visit care supporting device is provided with; a transmission source detection means for receiving care call data from care call terminal equipment 1 installed in the house of a care target person, and for extracting transmission source data based on a care target person identification code; an arrangement means for outputting alarm data including the care target person identification code and transmission source data of the transmission source of the care call data, and excluding personal care data to a callback terminal 3 carried by a home-visit care worker; a data management means for receiving request data from a data terminal which can be carried by a home-visit care worker, and for extracting personal care data from a database based on the care target person identification code included in the data; and a distribution means for receiving request data, and for outputting distribution data including the care target person identification code and the personal care data, and excluding the transmission source data to the data terminal.
