PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed energy supply system constructing a distributed energy source using methane fermentation. PSOLUTION: A slurry forming facility 12 is provided wherein garbage-like waste ASBk/SBcollected from one or more production sources DSBk/SBis mixed, separated from foreign matter B and crushed to form mixed slurry S with specified holding energy , and an energy conversion facility 2SBn/SBis installed wherein the mixed slurry S is converted to electric energy E and/or heat energy H by methane fermentation in each distributed energy demanding place. An arithmetical unit 5 is provided for calculating slurry delivering amount SSBn/SBto each energy conversion facility 2SBn/SBaccording to an energy load prediction LSBn/SB, an energy conversion efficiency SBn/SBand holding energy of mixed slurry of each energy conversion facility 2SBn/SB. The mixed slurry S of the calculated slurry delivering amount SSBn/SBis transported from the slurry forming facility 12 to each conversion facility 2SBn/SBby a transportation means 3 like a tank truck.
