PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resource information disclosure device or the like, in which a user can collectively utilize human resource information of two or more companies without being aware of a difference in framework of personnel classification.;SOLUTION: The human resource information providing device includes a frame list which stores a basic frame name in association with a frame identification value; an organization-specific frame list which stores an organization-specific frame name in association with the frame identification value; a frame internal classification reference list which stores a basic reference name in association with a reference identification value and an organization identification value; an organization-specific frame internal classification reference list which stores an organization-specific reference name in association with the reference identification value and the organization-specific frame value; a framework list which stores a hierarchical structure in association with a framework value; a classification reference combination list which stores a combination pattern of framework value and reference identification value in association with a combination identification value; an organization table which stores the hierarchical structure in association with the organization identification value; a human resource list; and a retrieval means which presents human resource information matched to a retrieval condition with the basic frame name and the organization-specific frame name to a user, using these lists and tables.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
