PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal force based microflow apparatus for extracting a nucleic acid and a microflow system equipped with the microflow apparatus. PSOLUTION: The microflow apparatus 101 comprises a rotor 100, a microflow structure and magnetic beads M1. The microflow structure is installed to the rotor 100, has two or more chambers, two or more passages connecting the two or more chambers and two or more valves installed to the passages and controlling fluid flow and transport the fluid using centrifugal force given by rotation of the rotor 100. The magnetic beads M1 are stored at least either one of the two or more chambers, selectively capture a target material from a living body sample flown into the chamber. The microflow structure washes and separates the magnetic beads M1 having captured the target material and separates the nucleic acid by radiating electromagnetic waves from outside, and is equipped with a rotation drive unit and an outer energy source together with the microflow apparatus 101.
