PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for washing an inner wall of a cylindrical structure which can prevent an asbestos material to be removed by washing from scattering in a large quantity to the washed part and which is made lightweight and a method for supporting the apparatus for washing an inner wall of a cylindrical structure.;SOLUTION: A plate-like reactive force receiving member 20 is installed in an apparatus body 18 for washing an inner wall of a cylindrical structure for washing out an asbestos material 14 stuck to the inner wall 12a of a chimney 12 in a manner that the member 20 can block the inside 34 of the chimney 12. Accordingly, the apparatus body 18 is prevented from crushing against the inner wall 12a. Further, the reactive force receiving member 20 is installed above a water jetting nozzle 22, so that the washed out asbestos material 14 can be prevented from scattering to the cleaned up part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
