PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide acicular anatase-type TiO2 nanocrystal accumulated grains, a porous anatase-type TiO2 crystal film, methods for producing those and usage thereof.;SOLUTION: In the method for producing the porous anatase-type TiO2 crystal film, a solution process and a reaction system in which titanium oxide crystals deposit are used and anatase-type TiO2 crystals are deposited on a substrate by changing the temperature, material concentration and/or pH condition of the reaction system to synthesize a porous anatase-type TiO2 crystal film. In the method for producing the acicular anatase-type TiO2 nanocrystal accumulated grains, a reaction system in which titanium oxide crystals deposit is used and acicular anatase-type TiO2 nanocrystal accumulated grains dispersed in a solution are synthesized by changing the temperature, material concentration and/or pH condition of the reaction system.
