PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-variable garment performing at least either of cooling or heating more effectively than a conventional one. PSOLUTION: The temperature-variable unit for a garment comprising an air conditioning unit 20 attached to a garment for cooling and heating a wearer who wears the garment, includes the following a Peltier device 23 having two end parts 23a, 23b one of which is heated and the other of which is cooled by sending an electric current, and a heat insulating board 21. The heat insulating board 21 has a face 21a for being disposed on the body side of the wearer and a face 21b facing to the face 21a, and the peltier device 23 is supported by the sides of the face 21a and the face 21b in a condition of isolating the temperature change in the two end parts 23a, 23b of the peltier component 23.
