PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a variety of information on control of each elevator to prevent an abnormality of the elevator with minimum load of equipment.;SOLUTION: An agent device 3 of an elevator in which an abnormality occurs requests a server device 6 to search for identification information on elevators in the same group, on receiving an abnormality notification signal from an elevator control device 1. The agent device 3 performs a transmission request of control information to the corresponding elevator, on receiving the identification information as a search result from the server device 6.
