PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami and high water disaster prevention structure which has an upper surface of a low height and does not adversely affect the landscape.;SOLUTION: According to the tsunami and high water disaster prevention structure 1, a water storage space 3 for storing therein overflow water 18 of tsunami, is formed on a lower side of a revetment 2, and a water permeable lid 10 is set in an overflow water intake port 4 opened in an upper surface of the water storage space 3.
