PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice (sound) signal processing method and device for activating a brain, which is continuously enjoyed in a long period of time, by activating the entire brain, while keeping balance between right and left brains, and by selecting a load according to a listener's level, without discarding original sound information.;SOLUTION: In the voice (sound) signal processing method, the voice (sound) signal is divided in a predetermined period to sort it right and left; and then the voice (sound) signals which are divided into right and left ones are shifted (overlapped); an overlapping rate is continuously variable (linear) from 50% overlapping to -100% overlapping. The voice (sound) signal processing device of the embodiment, comprises: an input section for inputting headphone output of a CD player etc.; a storing section for storing the input signal; a processing section for dividing, composing and noise-removing the stored voice (sound) signal; an output section for outputting the processed voice (sound); an operation display section for setting operation of the device and displaying its state; and a control section for monitoring and controlling the operation of each section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
