PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a researcher to freely and effectively utilize bioinformatics analysis programs in the world disclosed on the Internet. PSOLUTION: When utilizing the bioinformatics analysis program publicized on the Internet by a user computer, a broker is used. The broker has a function of absorbing the difference of input/output formats between the analysis programs and is provided for each analysis program. A broker provision server stores various brokers provided from users and discloses them. When utilizing the bioinformatics analysis program disclosed on the Internet, the user can utilize the broker prepared by the other user and disclosed by the broker provision server.
