PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a competition support system capable of providing history information of a competition or a team, a competition management server, a user terminal, a competition management program and a competition support program.;SOLUTION: In the competition support system SY for supporting operation of a competition, comprising a team terminal 2 and an operation staff terminal 3 used by operation staff of competitions held on a predetermined period base and a competition participant, connected with the competition management server 1 through a network 4, the competition management server 1 includes a competition DB storing, for each competition, competition summary data and team data received from the team terminal 2, group photographs of team members or the like, and score data and rank data showing a matching result of each participant.
