PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein characters of a message are not directly inscribed on a plant such as a flower but inscribed on a transparent polyester resin board surrounding the plant in conventional documents to sufficiently use the power of the characters and the characters as an information source of the will or the like, but the more improvement and device are required when interest, heightening of receptivity or the like is considered, because the method is not constituted by inscribing the characters on the plant itself, and the method is out of regard to the damage of a cell or reproduction functions of a gonophore because the conventional method is not the one of inscribing the characters on the plant itself. PSOLUTION: The flower inscribed with the characters while securing the life of the gonophore is obtained by inscribing the characters of celebration, flower tale, flower language or the like on the gonophore such as a petal, a stem and a branch of the plant by inscribing the characters at an interval so that the inscribed characters may not damage the functions of the gonophore to enable the petal, the stem, the branch or the like to be maintained and tended at a normal state as a constitution enabling the information possessed by the inscribed characters to be imparted to an eye witness.
