PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation control system and an elevator operation control method capable of meeting requests of both a person rejecting and a person permitting share ride in an elevator.;SOLUTION: An additional registration control unit 10b4 adds the stop floor to its reservation information when receiving share ride information of adding a stop floor for share ride to reservation information in which share ride acceptance/rejection information indicates acceptance of share ride. Further, the additional registration control unit 10b4 receives share ride information by the share ride permitting number included in its reservation information to reservation information in a reservation information storage unit 10a2, and adds the stop floor indicated by the received share ride information to its reservation information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
