PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odds-designated betting method, odds-designated betting program, and odds-designated betting equipment for extracting combinations corresponding to designated odds, selecting combinations of the number of votes from the combinations extracted on the basis of independent variable information held in a terminal and presenting them, and performing betting, in a betting method in public race in a totalizator system.;SOLUTION: Betting information including a race, betting system, odds, and the number of votes and independent variable information held by the betting terminal are acquired from a betting terminal.
