PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide 6000 series Al alloy sheet improving a warm-formability, and warm-forming method therefor.;SOLUTION: A composition balance of Si and Mg in the 6000 series Al alloy sheet having special composition containing Cu is controlled as the followings. In the figure 1, condition A; in the case of 0.57-3.8% Mg content; (0.578×Mg content)≤Si content≤[(0.578×Mg content)+0.3]. Condition B; in the case of 0.57-4.5% Mg content and 0.33-2.2% Si content, [(0.578×Mg content)-0.4]≤Si content≤[(0.578×Mg content)].
