PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development capable of forming an infrared absorbing image which satisfies both of invisibility (low recognizability by human vision) and readability, a developer for electrostatic charge image development using the same, a developer cartridge for electrostatic charge image development, an image forming apparatus, and a recorded object. PSOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development satisfies one of the following conditions (1)-(3); (1): 30%≤(100-R)≤50% and LSBA/SB-3.5≤LSBB/SB≤LSBA/SB, (2): 50%(100-R)75% and LSBA/SB-0.32×(100-R)+12.5≤LSBB/SB≤LSBA/SB, (3): (100-R)≥75% and LSBA/SB-11.5≤LSBB/SB≤LSBA/SB, wherein LSBA/SBrepresents the L value of a recording medium surface before image formation; LSBB/SBrepresents the L value of an image portion of a fixed image formed on the recording medium surface using the toner; and R is infrared reflectance (%) of the image portion at a wavelength of 850 nm.
