PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumable member management system, a print controller, a consumable member management device, a consumable member management method for the consumable member management system, a driver program and a recording medium with the driver program recorded thereon, which are excellent in convenience by suppressing the occurrence of a down-time unexpected by a user.;SOLUTION: A management system for amount of residual toner (a consumable member management system) is provided with: a toner consumption predicting means 200 for predicting toner consumption in the printing of a print job based on reservation job information showing the print content of a print job to be reserved; a residual toner storage means 210 for storing the residual toner of a toner cartridge; and a residual toner management means 220 performing residual toner management for securing the toner for the predicted consumption among the stored toner quantity, for printing the reserved print job, wherein the toner quantity required for printing the print job is secured before printing the print job, so that it is possible to reduce the possibility that it is necessary to replace the toner cartridge during printing and down-time occurs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
