PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimated light source color setting device capable of properly estimating a light source color in taking an image.;SOLUTION: The estimated light source color setting device 100 calculates Y distribution data in an achromatic color area of a predetermined image, X, Y, Z color distribution data, and X, Y, Z balance data. A bright point Y value, which satisfies a bright point giving an accumulation total frequency 90% for the Y distribution data, and a dark point Y value, which satisfies a dark point giving an accumulation total frequency 80%, are found individually. The X balance data satisfying the bright point Y value and the X balance data satisfying the dark point Y value are acquired as bright point X balance data and dark point X balance data, a light source estimation line L1 of a linear function including these X balance data is set, and the X balance data giving an accumulation total frequency 100% for the Y distribution data on the light source estimation line L1 are calculated as a reflection gradient estimation X value.
