PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP speech communication system capable of transmitting a message to a communication partner when speech communication via an IP network is disconnected halfway, an IP terminal, and a conversation complementing method and conversation complementing program for speech communication disconnection.;SOLUTION: A terminal 101 has a disconnection disconnection section 103 which inquires of a session managing server 108 about whether a communication partner terminal 101 is disconnected from a network 107 when communication with the other terminal 101 is disconnected and judges which of the terminal itself and the communication partner terminal is disconnected from the network 107 from the judgment result, and a communication section 105 which transmits message data, generated by a speech processing section 104 and addressed to the communication partner terminal, to a message managing server 108 when the disconnection detection section 103 judges that the terminal itself is not disconnected from the network 107.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
