PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to perform value settlement when a human being provides a real time service such as knowledge transmission, inquiry correspondence, information exchange, consultation, skill disclosure, and entertainment demonstration to a human being by using a real time communication means such as a telephone or an IP television telephone.;SOLUTION: Prior to service provision, both of a service provision customer and a service reception customer clarify service level agreement items, and when calculating a charging sum posterior to service provision, the achievement at a service provision customer side and satisfaction at a service reception customer side are considered for each item.
