PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, efficiently, and precisely revise an electronic operation manual based on information coming from a user side of the manual.;SOLUTION: An electronic operation manual providing system allows an operator to browse an electronic operation manual 301 on a database server through an electronic operation manual display screen 601 displayed on an operator terminal 101 used by the operator. The electronic operation manual display screen 601 is provided with an operation memo text box 605 to accept the input for an operation memo 610 about errors, improvements, etc. that the operator browsing the manual 301 has noticed using the manual 301.
