PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repackaging a fish or shellfish such as Sulculus aquatilis, by which the fish or shellfish can be shipped in a fresh state or in a state enhancing a commercial value as a food material.;SOLUTION: This method for repackaging Sulculus aquatilis is characterized by comprising the first immersion process for immersing a live Sulculus aquatilis (50) transported in an imperfectly immersed state in a water tank (201) filled with the first salt water (101) set to a salt concentration of 2.8 to 3.5 wt.% and a water temperature of 17 to 28°C for ≥8 hrs, the second immersion process for immersing the Sulculus aquatilis in a water tank (202) filled with the second salt water (102) set to a salt concentration of 1.2 to 2.7 wt.% for 2 to 8 hrs, and a packaging process for packaging the Sulculus aquatilis in a shipment packaged container (300) whose inner space contains gas phase portions having a larger oxygen concentration than that of the atmosphere and has temperature held in a range of 13 to 24°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
