PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for easily forming an exercise aid to be used for a method for overcoming autonomic disorders and spreading it based on a new dominant hand and dominant foot theory and spreading it, and an exercise aid.;SOLUTION: The exercise aid for improving autonomic disorder comprises a weight body 2 and an adapter 3 for housing and holding the weight body 2. The weight body is constituted of a PET bottle which houses and is filled with a desired amount of weight material, such as liquid, inside. The adapter is formed by a cylindrical synthetic resin body part 31 which vertically opens at an upper end opening part 32 and at a holding hole part 34. The weight body which has a cap 22 downward is inserted from the upper end open part, inserted through the holding hole part as it is, and held inside. Knob parts which are used to pick up by the thumb and the little finger for suspending and supporting are formed in recessed shapes with smooth bent surfaces.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
