PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on a degree of health/disease from data measured during sleep by imposing no great burden on a subject during the sleep. PSOLUTION: A degree of health/disease measuring method extracts heart rate time series data from original signals obtained from a sensor means which is a piezoelectric sensor set at bedding or a pulse wave sensor or an electrocardiography sensor mounted on a living body, performs a detrended fluctuation analysis on the heart rate time series data by a heart rate time series data analyzing means, and measures a degree of health/disease by the result of the detrended fluctuation analysis.
