PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a data broadcast program TS transmission apparatus to output a data broadcast program TS transmitted by a present station in accordance with a data broadcast program TS delivered by another broadcast station via a network. PSOLUTION: A judgement list storage block 102 stores a selection list containing data representing whether a received data broadcast program element is to be included in the data broadcast program TS of its own station, a replacing list for replacing the data broadcast program element with its own broadcast station program element prepared by its own broadcast station, etc. A separation judgement block 103 separates a TS packet from the received data broadcast program TS and refers to the selection list, reports to a replacement/synthesis block 104 those to be included in the data broadcast program TS of its own broadcast station. Furthermore, if there is a data broadcast program element to be replaced, the separation judgement block reports it to the replacement/synthesis block. The replacement/synthesis block 104 reads out from the program element storage block 901 its own broadcast station program element which the replacement/synthesis block has been instructed to replace, generates a TS packet, and outputs it as its own broadcast station data broadcast program TS together with the selected TS packet to a multiplexing apparatus 121.
