PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent departure from a permitted area and entry into a prohibited area.;SOLUTION: This caution device 100 comprises a position information acquiring section 101 acquiring position information of the own device; an azimuth information acquiring section 102 acquiring azimuth information of the own device; an area storage section 103 storing the area of the own device beforehand; and a first computing section 104 computing a shortest distance between a position indicated in the position information and a boundary with the area stored in the area storage section 103. The caution calling device 100 further comprises a second computing section 105 computing an angle defined by a first straight line, which is inclined at an azimuth indicated in the azimuth information, passing the position of the position information and a second straight line connecting the shortest distance; a caution determining section 106 comparing the shortest distance and angle with the respective preset threshold values, and determining a possibility of entry into the area or departure from the area based on the compared resu and a caution section 109 carrying out caution processing when the possibility of entry into the area or departure from the area is affirmed by the caution determining section 106.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
