PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient electronic coupon system using a portable terminal with electronic money function.;SOLUTION: The portable terminal comprises a means for confirming whether a condition to use a privilege content and electronic money conversion data corresponding to the privilege content satisfy the condition to use an electronic coupon or not, and a means for adding, when a predetermined conversion operation is performed while the use condition is satisfied, electronic money by use of the electronic money conversion data.
