PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly obtain information as required for raising the will to introduce a photovoltaic power generation device at a low cost by a user who installed the photovoltaic power generation device. PSOLUTION: When the user sells electricity to a power company if a generated power amount exceeds power consumption amount, and the user buys electricity from the power company if it becomes lower. A photovoltaic power generation control server 400 prepares cost information which gives advantages to the user who installs the photovoltaic power generation device 100, stores it in a homepage information database 408, and displays it to the user. Besides, power generation information and power consumption information are prepared as homepage information to be displayed to the user so that the user can increase the generated power to further reduce electric power rate to be paid or the user can reduce the power consumption by a load 150. The display destination of the homepage information is a user terminal 750 to be connected with a network 300. Thus, the user can quickly obtain the homepage information through the user terminal 750 regardless of time and place from a place where the user is even when the user is not in his/her house.
