PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition for a conductive roller, wherein the vulcanization rate is increased while blooming is suppressed; the permanent strain due to compression is reduced; the foam, which is molded without any inhibition of vulcanization, has a fine surface condition; and a fine mechanical strength and the productivity of a conductive roller is improved. PSOLUTION: The composition is prepared by incorporating a chemical foaming agent, sulfur as a cross-linking agent, triazine and/or its derivative with a polymer composition consisting of a major polymer component having carbon-carbon double bonds and halogens, which is typically an epichlorohydrin polymer such as a copolymer of epichlorohydrin-ethylene oxide-allyl glycidyl ether.
