PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data which are easy for a user to use when data obtained by recording voice data from a plurality of sound sources with time are used.;SOLUTION: A direction/speaker identifying unit 3 of a control unit 1 observes change of direction data obtained from voice communication data and when direction data indicating a single direction or direction data indicating a plurality of directions have no change, the single-direction data and combination direction data of the plurality of directions are used as speaker identification data. The direction/speaker identifying unit 3 reads voice feature quantity data Sc from a speaker voice DB 53 when the direction data have change within a prescribed time, and compares the read data with a voice feature quantity analyzed by a voice data analyzing unit 2 to identify a speaker; when a speaker is identified, speaker's name data are used as speaker identification data, but when not, direction non-detection data are used as speaker identification data.
