PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control and stabilize the output of a power conditioner, regardless of the magnitude of solar irradiation.;SOLUTION: The power conditioner 2 converts DC power outputted from a solar battery 1 into AC power, and supplies electric energy according to a control command P* to a load system 3. An automatic voltage regulator 4 forms the above control command to be issued to the power conditioner 2 on the basis of an inputted controlling voltage, and sends the control command out to the power conditioner 2. A gain computing element 5 computes the gain (g) of the voltage adjuster 4, on the basis of the control command P* which is sent out from the voltage adjuster 4 to the power conditioner 2.
