PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a written text preparation supporting system capable of efficiently and accurately preparing a text written from voice information.;SOLUTION: A synchronous information generation part 101 relates the voice recognition result of each division unit, its original voice information, time information for specifying the voice information and a written text of an initial state with each other in each division unit obtained by dividing a voice recognition result obtained by applying voice recognition processing to voice information included in material contents 111 into units smaller than a sentence and stores the related results in a synchronous information storage part 102. A confirmation correction part 103 displays the voice recognition results of respective division units which are stored in the synchronous information storage part 102, an image of the original voice information, the time information for specifying the voice information, and the written text in parallel on a confirmation correction screen 1046 of a display device 104 so that respective time axes are aligned, and at the time of receiving a voice reproducing instruction in which a division unit is specified from an input device 105, reproduces the voice information in each division unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
