PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales representative management method improving the efficiency of business operation by the sales representative in electronic commerce.;SOLUTION: Organization representative information, etc., of an organization to which a user belongs to is read in response to a request from a user terminal 11 by a server 15 and screen data of information of a plurality of sales representatives who are representing the organization to which the user belongs to is displayed allowing for selection is produced and transmitted to the user terminal 11. The screen data is received and displayed by the user terminal 11, selection input of the requested sales representative by the user from the displayed plurality of sales representatives is accepted and the selected representative information indicating the sales representative selected by the user is transmitted to the server 15.
