PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturalize a response language expression in an interaction device in a language expression generating technique for generating a response sentence. PSOLUTION: The interaction method comprises executing language understanding processing for extracting a parameter contained in input information; phrase type extraction processing for collating the input information with a phrase pattern database to extract the phrase type of the input information; response content determination processing for determining a response content; response sentence phrase type determination processing for determining a response sentence phrase type; response sentence generation processing for generating a response sentence in reference to the response content and the response sentence phrase type; and history information storage processing for storing, the parameter extracted from the input information, the phrase type extracted from the input information, the response content, the response sentence phrase type, and the response sentence as history information.
