PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more planned service operation by dynamically making strangers encounter each other, securing stable trade to both a store and a user, and allowing the store side to previously estimate visits of customers.;SOLUTION: This encounter support processing system for a user community leads persons to a specific site to make them encounter each other, so as to realize service of discount in a lump when unspecified persons of a prescribed number or above gather in a certain store.
