PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quartz glass optical composite part for coating a quartz glass optical fiber, which is used when the optical fiber is subjected coating and recovering treatment by curing a photo-setting resin. PSOLUTION: The quartz glass optical composite part is manufactured by integrating a portion formed with a transparent quartz glass which has light transmittability to transmit a whole or partial range of far-ultraviolet light, ultraviolet light, visible light, infrared light and far-infrared light, with a light shielding portion formed with a material which has a light shieldability to shield a whole or partial range of the light from those light sources.
