PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compounding ingredient for chlorine-contg. polymers which comprises a basic inorg. compd., an aluminosilicate, and an org. ingredient and is excellent in preventing plating-out and bleeding and to obtain a chlorine- contg. polymer compsn. contg. the same. ;SOLUTION: This compounding ingredient contains, as essential ingredients, (A) 12-80 wt.% basic inorg. compd. having an average particle size of 0.1-20 μm and a BET specific surface area of 100 m²/g or lower, (B) 17-85 wt.% metal aluminosilicate having an average particle size of 0.-20 μm and a cation exchange capacity of 50-650 meq/100 g, and (C) 3-15 wt.% org. ingredient.
