PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated film or sheet substituted for coating having a matte acrylic resin film having good matte appearance as the outermost layer and a decorative layer having a high grade feeling, a depth feeling and a calm feeling and suppressed in the generation of printing omission and having good appearance characteristics, the laminated film or sheet substituted for coating and a laminate wherein the laminated film or sheet is laminated on a substrate. ;SOLUTION: The laminated film or sheet substituted for coating of which the 60°-surface glossiness is not more than 50% is manufactured by forming the decorative layer (II) of which the number of appearance flaws is not more than 10 per 1 m² on a thermoplastic resin film or sheet (III) and laminating the acrylic resin film (I) on the decorative layer (II) as a protective layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
