METHODS OF PRODUCING AN ELECTROLYTE CELL FOR A SOLID ACID FUEL CELL AND DEPOSITING AN ELECTROLYTE ON A SUBSTRATE A ELECTROCATALIZER ABOUT A SYJBSTRATE AND SEALING A FUEL CELL Methods, techniques and compositions used to fabricate high performance solid acid fuel cell membrane electrode assemblies are presented. Techniques include solid acid electrolyte preparation, electrolyte membrane deposition, electrocatalyst layer deposition, electrode preparation, gas sealing fabrication, and membrane electrode assembly construction.
