An electrode mechanism for measuring the moisture value of a foundry sand, a device for measuring the moisture value of the foundry sand, and a method and a device for filling water into a foundry sand mixer. The electrode mechanism for flowing a current into the foundry sand capable of solving a problem wherein when the electrode mechanism is set in a measurement place, the size and shape of a set space in the measurement place are largely restricted comprises a plurality of annular conductive members (2) and (3) concentrically and alternately disposed at proper intervals in the vertical direction, a cylindrical insulating holding member (4) holding the plurality of conductive members (2) and (3) and having an outer diameter equal to that of the conductive members (2) and (3), and two electric wires (5) and (6) alternately connected, at one ends, to the plurality of conductive members so that the plurality of conductive members (2) and (3) can form two poles and passed through the hollow parts of the insulating holding member (4).
